1. Enterprise Cleanroom License
These Terms govern access to the LithoCore AI Maxwell-FNO, CurviMask™, and StochastoNet computational lithography platforms. Licensors and pilot partners receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute inverse lithography optimizations solely on authorized internal test vehicles and production tapeouts.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The underlying Fourier Neural Operator architectures, spectral wave solvers, and level-set optimization algorithms are proprietary intellectual property of LithoCore AI Inc. protected by international patents. Output mask contours, GDSII streams, and multi-beam OASIS files generated from customer layouts remain the sole property of the customer.
3. Service Levels & Air-Gapped Clusters
Foundry Enterprise licenses deployed on dedicated bare-metal clusters include 99.99% runtime availability guarantees, dedicated technical account management, and direct patch distribution through cryptographically signed cleanroom media.
