Privacy Policy & Data Protection Commitment

Effective Date: October 18, 2026 • Version 3.4

1. Introduction & Scope

LithoCore AI Technologies ("LithoCore AI", "we", "us", or "our") provides enterprise artificial intelligence software-as-a-service (SaaS) and developer API gateway infrastructure. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and protect information when you visit lithocoreai.com, interact with our developer portal, or transmit data through our cloud APIs.

2. Zero Data Retention (ZDR) For Enterprise AI Inference

CORE PRIVACY COMMITMENT: Customer prompts, files, vector embeddings, and generated AI outputs processed via LithoCore AI developer APIs are NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve foundational AI models.

Data sent to our API endpoints is processed strictly in-memory during token streaming execution and is immediately purged upon connection termination, unless explicitly configured by the customer for private session cache persistence.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account & Billing Information: Corporate email address, organization name, authentication credentials, and billing records required to provision API keys.
  • API Telemetry & Operational Metrics: Request timestamp, token counts, model identifier, and response status codes used strictly for rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and billing calculations.
  • Technical Metadata: IP address and user-agent strings logged temporarily for security auditing in compliance with SOC 2 Type II trust principles.

4. Cloud Security & Cryptographic Protection

All data in transit across LithoCore AI networks is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with AWS KMS Customer-Managed Keys (CMK). Enterprise customers may deploy dedicated single-tenant VPC endpoints with AWS PrivateLink to ensure no customer traffic touches the public internet.

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you retain the legal right to access, rectify, port, or request the deletion of your personal account data. To exercise these rights, submit an electronic request to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@lithocoreai.com.
