Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, generating an API key, or accessing the services offered by LithoCore AI Technologies ("LithoCore AI"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. API License & Permitted Usage
LithoCore AI grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access our developer API endpoints and SaaS dashboard in accordance with your designated subscription plan rate limits. You agree not to reverse engineer the underlying weights, launch distributed denial-of-service attacks, or bypass token metering controls.
3. Ownership of AI Generated Outputs
As between you and LithoCore AI, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to the input data you supply and the resultant AI text, voice waveforms, and structured data outputs generated by the service. LithoCore AI claims zero intellectual property rights over your customer results.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
LithoCore AI commits to providing an enterprise monthly uptime percentage of 99.99% for Pro and Enterprise Cloud customers. In the event of service disruption exceeding scheduled maintenance, affected customers are eligible for pro-rated service credits.
5. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellations
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the developer console, and your access will remain active until the conclusion of the prepaid billing cycle.
